Ugh, I need a break from some things. But that's OK breaks from these things means I get to devote more time to school, drawing, Jesse, and pokemon.

I hate feeling transparent, and I hate being talked down to, my personality is way too soft to be yelled at for all the wrong reasons. I've had too much of it in my past. You'd think I'd have toughened up and learned to deal with it, but no. I feel like I've been wronged and spurned by people I thought I could trust, and that's a terrible feeling.

Anyway, I suddenly started improving my drawing method again, I still have trouble with proportions and hands...but I think I'm improving overall.

Of course just cause I can draw/color stuff faster doesn't mean I will!

I've started up another semester of college, now at UNT living in a Dorm.

I'm still doing my comic, just not drawing it right now, but I've done plenty of layout and scripting. Looking at how much I've done so far, I'm not sure how many pages it'll be in the end. Maybe 54ish? Maybe more, or less, who knows.

At the moment though there's about 27 pages laid out, the beginning, end, and some bits in the middle. There's probably 3-5ish more pages worth of just scripting I've done. My guy friend is also helping a lot with it, making it flow better, and adding some interesting insight.

I might also eventually go back and redo the pages I've actually posted, but maybe not until I own something better than open canvas 1.1.

Well, I have been allowed to borrow a tablet. It works rather nicely and is letting my digital drawing loosen up and look a bit more natural. (The pressure sensitivity goes a long way to awesome too!)

It's a little harder to do solid line art, but I kind of like the way things are coming out now without having to draw lines around it. Here's a good example of what I mean. (Woo sneak peak of page 3, not that anyone out there cares!)

It's also a billion times faster than trying to get something decent looking out with a mouse. I drew this in about 2 hours or so?

So maybe it won't take me a month+ just to do a single page anymore...awesome.

New deviant gallery update makes me happy. Not only are the folders cool, but you can set them up so comics and stuff are in the order they go in rather than the order they're uploaded in!

Also, Thanksgiving week is FINALLY here. Two bad I have two days of classes unlike those pesky elementary schoolers down the street. *be's jealous* Oh well, I'm excited, I get rest, and my guy is coming to visit! We're going to go to the museum and stuff.
